Spring break creates a composition that focuses on social groupings. The young men dominate with their number and the feeling that they're waiting for something to happen. The way we group on a beach usually creates coincidental collectives because we rarely gather in large numbers as a pack. Simply by standing close to others we appear to have a relationship but here the group has an added strength compositionally for being an actual collective.
